Seafood Casserole

  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded sharp process cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shrimp/1 can, 4 1/2 ounce shrimp 12 Medium, cooked and split
  Fresh lump crab meat/1 can, 7 1/2 ounce crab meat 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Steamed lobster/1 can, 5 1/2 ounce lobster 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned broiled sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Sherry 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted

Melt butter over low heat.
Blend in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly, till sauce thickens and bubbles; remove from heat.
Add 1/2 CUP cheese and stir till melted.
Add next 8 ingredients; mix well.
Place mixture in a 1-quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Combine crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over cheese.
Bake in a 375° oven for 40 minutes
