Tomato Casserole

  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)

1. Put butter, green pepper and onion into a 1-quart glass casserole. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 to 4 minutes at HIGH, or until tender; stir after 1 minute.
2. Add tomatoes and liquid to casserole; mix well. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Bring to boiling in microwave oven (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes at HIGH); stir occasionally.
3. Add flour, sugar and salt to tomatoes; mix. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2 to 3 minutes at HIGH; stir several times.
4. Top with croutons.
