Dried Beef Casserole
|Uncooked elbow macaroni||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Dried beef||1⁄4 Pound, cut into bite-size pieces|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
Heat oven to 350°.
Cook macaroni except use only half the amounts of water and salt.
Blend soup and milk.
Stir in cheese, onion, drained macaroni and dried beef; fold in eggs.
Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover; bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
