Spinach And Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce (2 Package)
  Canned artichoke hearts 14 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Egg beaters 5 , beaten
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (In A Jar)
  Savory 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, grated
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated nonfat cheese/Mozzarella cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook and drain spinach.
Drain artichoke hearts.
Arrange artichoke hearts in the bottom of a square glass casserole dish that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese.
Pour over the artichoke hearts.
Top with cheese.
Cook at 350° F.for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
