|Zucchini||4 Medium, cut into 1/2 inch slices|
|Thick tomato sauce/Pizza sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), pressed / finely chopped|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Arrange bacon in a single layer in a 13" X 9" x 2" oblong baking dish. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 5 to 6 minutes, or until crisp. Remove bacon and crumble. Add onion to drippings. Microwave, uncovered, at Time Cook (power level 10) for 5 minutes, or until nearly tender, stirring twice. Stir in crumbled bacon.
2. Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese, and stir to blend. Cover. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 7 to 9 minutes, or until zucchini is tender, stirring twice.
3. Sprinkle casserole with mozzarella cheese. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
