Haddock Casserole

  Vegetable oil spray 1
  Haddock fillets 1⁄2 Pound
  Potatoes 3 , thinly sliced
  Chopped cabbage 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tart apples 3 Medium, thinly sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted (Of Your Choice)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded reduced fat swiss cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly coat a covered casserole dish with vegetable oil spray.
Rinse fish and pat dry.
Poach haddock .
Allow to cool slightly.
Crumble fish into prepared casserole dish.
Set aside.
Steam potatoes and cabbage 5 minutes.
Place potatoes, cabbage, apples and onion on top of fish in casserole dish.
Add seasonings.
Pour margarine over vegetable layer.
Top with milk.
Cover casserole and bake 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Uncover casserole, sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top and bake until brown and crusty, about 5 minutes.
