Colorful Egg Casserole
|Hard-cooked eggs||6 , finely chopped|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cracker crumbs||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) (Divided)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
Combine eggs, pimiento, celery, mayonnaise, salt, garlic salt, pepper, and milk in mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup cracker crumbs.
Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Combine remaining crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over egg mixture.
