The Works Frankfurter Casserole
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pillsbury'S Best)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sesame seed||2 Tablespoon|
|Canned barbecue sauce with beef||15 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frankfurters||1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1/2-inch pieces|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in mixing bowl.
Add mayonnaise and milk; stir until mixture forms a ball.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sesame seed in bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
Press dough in bottom and sides of pie pan.
Spread with barbecue sauce.
Arrange frankfurters over sauce pressing into sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon sesame seed.
Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before cutting in wedges and serving
