Hearty Bean Casserole
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Canned lima beans||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pork and beans||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned red kidney beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dark molasses||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Saute beef over medium-high heat until browned.
Add lima beans, pork and beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, onion, catsup, molasses, vinegar, salt, dry mustard and hot sauce; stir to combine.
Spoon mixture into 3-quart casserole.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
