Easy Chicken And Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
  Chopped cooked chicken 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned artichoke hearts 17 Ounce, drained and quartered (2 Cans, 8 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Spread chicken in a greased 3-quart baking dish; top with artichokes.
Melt 1 cup butter in a 2-quart saucepan; add flour, cayenne, salt, garlic, and monosodium glutamate, if desired, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
