Meaty Noodle Casserole
|Medium noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Stalk celery||1 , thinly sliced|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Diced pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Snipped parsley/1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped cooked beef/Pork/ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine soup, milk, and sour cream.
Stir in celery, mushrooms, pimiento, parsley, and onion.
Stir in cooked noodles and meat.
Transfer to a 2-quart casserole.
In a small bowl combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over casserole.
