1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 (8-ounce) package elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium-size green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups water
3 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Melt butter in large skillet over low heat; add macaroni, onion, green pepper, salt, and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat 7 to 8 minutes or until onion becomes transparent.
Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil.
