Green Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Cooked long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
  Whole milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned chopped green chilies 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Stir in egg yolks, green pepper, onion, salt, and green chiles.
Beat egg whites at high speed of an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold into rice mixture.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
