Ingredients
  Bulk turkey sausage 1 Pound (Breakfast Variety)
  Cubed white bread 6 Ounce (1/2 Inch, Six 1 Ounce Slices, About 3 Cups)
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg substitute 2 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)
  Shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
Drain well.
Combine sausage and next 5 ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; stir well.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes of until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
