Sausage And Egg Casserole
|Bulk turkey sausage||1 Pound (Breakfast Variety)|
|Cubed white bread||6 Ounce (1/2 Inch, Six 1 Ounce Slices, About 3 Cups)|
|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg substitute||2 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
Combine sausage and next 5 ingredients in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; stir well.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes of until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
