Brown Rice And Cheese Casserole

|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (cooked)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), grated|
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, grated|
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat the eggs together with the cream and water. Stir into the rice. Add cheese, salt to taste, green pepper, and onion. Mix well.
3. Turn into an oiled 2-quart casserole and bake for 45 minutes, or until set.
