Nutty Beef Casserole With Spanish Peanuts
|Ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Basil leaf||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pimento stuffed olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||5 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Can Of 11 Ounce)|
|Salted spanish peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Crumble ground beef in 2-quart glass casserole.
Stir in onion.
Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave on high for 6 minutes.
Drain and stir in remaining ingredients except salted nuts; recover.
Microwave on low for 6 to 8 minutes or until hot.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
Sprinkle nuts on top and serve.
