Hearty Bean Casserole
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dark molasses||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced|
|Canned lima beans||17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned red kidney beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pork and beans||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
In 3-quart casserole, place ground beef.
Microwave at high (10) 5 to 7 minutes until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add catsup, molasses, vinegar, onion, lima beans, kidney beans, pork and beans, tomato sauce and dry mustard.
Microwave at medium high (7) 12 to 18 minutes; stir after 8 minutes.
