Basic Pork Casserole

  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Lean boneless pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine butter and onion in 3-quart casserole.
Microwave 3 minutes on high, or until onion is transparent.
Add pork.
Sprinkle flour over pork.
Toss to coat well.
Add water, bouillon, salt and pepper.
Microwave 5 mintues on high.
Reduce setting; Microwave 36 minutes on medium, or until meat is fork tender.
