International Beef Casserole

  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Beef round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thinly sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Instant beef bouillon 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon

Measure flour into paper bag.
Add beef cubes and toss to coat evenly.
Combine all ingredients in 3-quart casserole.
Microwave 5 minutes on high.
Reduce setting.
Microwave 36 minutes on medium, or until meat and vegetables are tender.
