Ingredients
  Canned crabmeat 13 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans, 6 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Canned shrimp 14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, Small Shrimps)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Cooked rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Toss all ingredients together lightly.
3. Place in 2-quart casserole sprayed with vegetable pan spray.
4. Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
