Sweet Potato & Pecan Casserole

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 4 Medium, cooked and mashed
  Butter stick 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Evaporated milk 2 1⁄2 Ounce
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Heat brown sugar, chopped pecans and butter on low temperature until sugar is dissolved.
Pour on top of potatoes.
Bake 1 hour at 350°.
Sprinkle with marshmallows and place back in oven to brown.
