Black Eyed Pea Casserole
|Chopped ham||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Sauce||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Black eyed peas with jalapenos||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Corn tortillas||10 (1 Package)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown meat and drain.
Mix in all other ingredients.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Line with corn tortillas.
Layer 1/2 of meat mixture, 1/2 of cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool for a little while for easier cutting.
