Black Eyed Pea Casserole

Ingredients
  Peas 2 Can (20 oz), undrained
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped rotel tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Tomato sauce with bits 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Bacon strips 5
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Fry bacon and crumble.
Saute onion in bacon grease.
Add remaining ingredients.
Top with bacon.
Put in uncovered casserole and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
