Sausage And Creamed Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  Bulk pork sausage 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Green / Sweet Red)
  Herb seasoned crumb stuffing mix 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided
  Canned cream style corn 14 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chopped fresh parsley/1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

In a skillet, cook sausage, onion and green pepper until sausage is no longer pink; drain.
Add 1 cup stuffing mix, corn and parsley.
Spoon into a greased 1-qt.baking dish.
Combine butter and remaining stuffing mix; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
