Sausage And Creamed Corn Casserole
|Bulk pork sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Green / Sweet Red)|
|Herb seasoned crumb stuffing mix||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), divided|
|Canned cream style corn||14 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chopped fresh parsley/1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
In a skillet, cook sausage, onion and green pepper until sausage is no longer pink; drain.
Add 1 cup stuffing mix, corn and parsley.
Spoon into a greased 1-qt.baking dish.
Combine butter and remaining stuffing mix; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
