Super Beef Casserole
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Beef top round steak||1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes|
|Condensed beef bouillon||10 1⁄2 Ounce, diluted with water to make 2 cups (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced|
Combine meat, bouillon, tomato paste, onion, salt and pepper in 2-quart casserole.
Stir until tomato paste is mixed with broth.
Microwave 5 minutes on high.
Microwave 25 minutes on medium, or until meat is fork tender, stirring after 15 minutes
