Ground Veal Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Yellow pepper 1 , diced
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Lean ground veal 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce, chopped with juice (1 Can, 796 Milliliter)
  Tomato paste 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Diced cheddar cheese 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place butter, onion, peppers and oregano in casserole.
Cover and microwave 3 minutes.
Add veal, mix and season.
Continue microwaving 3 minutes covered.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Correct seasoning and microwave 4 minutes covered.
