Classic Lamb Casserole

Ingredients
  Leftover lamb roast 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 20 Ounce, drain and save juice (1 Can)
  Onion 1 Medium
  Green pepper 1⁄4
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Liquid 3 Cup (48 tbs), tomato juice and leftover gravy
  Sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms/2 small cans 4 oz sliced mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix together and heat ingredients.
Pour into 2-quart casserole and bake for 1/2 hours at 350°.
Stir several times while casserole is baking.
