Shoe Peg Corn Casserole

Ingredients
  Canned white shoepeg corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned green beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cracker crumbs 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine first seven ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into 2 quart casserole.
For topping, melt margarine and stir in cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake 45 minutes.
