Ham N' Turkey Casserole

Ingredients
  Ham strips 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of celery soup 21 Ounce (2 Can)
  Milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cubed cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned white onions 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce (1 Package Cooked, Drained)
  Refrigerated crescent rolls 16 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, Processed (1 Package)
Directions

In saucepan, brown ham with poultry seasoning in butter.
In shallow baking dish (13x9x2 inches), combine ham with remaining ingredients except rolls and cheese.
Bake at 400°F. for 20 minutes or until hot.
Meanwhile, cut cheese slices diagonally in half.
Separate rolls.
Top each roll with cheese triangle.
Roll up as directed on package.
Stir hot casserole; top with rolls.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until rolls are done.
