Ham And Potato Casserole
|Frozen shredded hash browns||26 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Diced cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked fully|
|Condensed cream of potato soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (2 Cans, 13/4 Ounce Each)|
|Sour cream||16 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||8 Ounce, divided (2 Cups)|
|Shredded parmesan cheese||4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)|
In a large skillet, fry hash browns in oil until browned.
Remove from heat, stir in ham, soup, sour cream, 1 -1/2 cups cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Pour into a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes
