Ham And Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen shredded hash browns 26 Ounce (1 Package)
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked fully
  Condensed cream of potato soup 21 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (2 Cans, 13/4 Ounce Each)
  Sour cream 16 Ounce (2 Cups)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, divided (2 Cups)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 4 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Directions

In a large skillet, fry hash browns in oil until browned.
Remove from heat, stir in ham, soup, sour cream, 1 -1/2 cups cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Pour into a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35-40 minutes
