Chicken And Melon Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Chicken breasts 2 , skinned, halved, boned, and cut in large pieces
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Tarragon 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Stalk celery 1 , sliced
  Mushrooms 20 , halved
  Flour 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Beer 300 Milliliter (1 1/4 Cups)
  Cantaloupe melon 1 , cut in half
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place butter and chicken in casserole.
Add parsley, tarragon, celery, salt and pepper.
Cover and microwave 6 minutes.
Add mushrooms and mix in flour; pour in beer.
Microwave 6 minutes uncovered.
Using melon-ball cutter, scoop out melon flesh and add to casserole.
Mix very well and finish microwaving 1 minute uncovered.
