Cream Potato Casserole
|Potatoes||6 Medium, boiled skins|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Sour cream||8 Ounce|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cheddar cheese||4 Tablespoon|
Boil potatoes whole; peel and grate.
Cook onions in butter; add soup and bring to boil.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Line pan with potatoes.
Pour mixture on top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and bake at 350° for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
