Golden Corn Casserole

  Corn kernel 4 Cup (64 tbs) (1 lb)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Drain corn.
Melt butter, then add sugar, mixing well.
Stir in flour and salt; remove from heat.
Gradually add milk and stir in eggs.
Add parsley and baking powder.
Fold in corn.
Pour in buttered 1-quart casserole dish and cook at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
