Perfect Pot Luck Casserole
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cooked medium noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In saucepan, brown beef and cook onion until tender; stir to separate meat.
Pour off fat.
Stir in 3/4 cup cheese and remaining ingredients.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
