|Canned sauerkraut||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Caraway seed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Tomato||1 Small, cut in thin wedges|
|Thousand island dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced corned beef||4 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soft rye bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||2 Teaspoon, melted|
Drain sauerkraut; place in 3-cup baking dish.
Sprinkle with caraway; top with tomato wedges, salad dressing, and beef.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Toss bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 375° till heated through, 25 to 30 minutes.
