Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Velveeta cheese 1⁄2 Pound, cut into chunks
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Minute rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), uncooked
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned mushrooms 4 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped and sauteed
Directions

Mix all ingredients in crock-pot and heat until cheese melts.
