Denver Lamb Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lamb stew meat 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Cubed potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onions 4 Medium, sliced
  Bay leaf 1 , crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoned breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat butter and garlic in skillet and brown lamb on all sides.
Mix with remaining ingredients except crumbs.
Spoon into a buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake in a 350° F.oven for 2 hours or until tender.
Remove cover and sprinkle top with crumbs in the last 15 minutes.
