Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 Large, sliced
  Bouillon cube 1
  Raw rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Consomme 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Saute onions in margarine.
Put into baking dish with other ingredients.
Bake for about 1 hour at 350°, stirring occasionally.
