Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bulk pork sausage 1 Pound, cooked, drained
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 16 Ounce (4 Cups)
  Chopped broccoli 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

In a 2-qt.casserole, layer rice, sausage, water chestnuts, 1 cup cheese, broccoli and then remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
