Lamb Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced cooked lamb 1 Pound (4 Servings)
  Frozen broccoli 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Shredded processed american cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cook butter and flour together until bubbly.
Slowly stir in milk and cook and stir until mixture boils and is thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add Cheddar cheese and seasonings.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Arrange layers of lamb, broccoli and tomato slices in 1 1/2 -quart shallow casserole.
Pour sauce over all.
Bake in a 350° F.oven 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with American cheese and bake 5 minutes longer.
