|Green beans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1 Teaspoon, melted|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
Cook vegetables in small amount of boiling salted water until crisp-tender; drain.
Chop vegetables fine.
Whip egg until lemon colored; add margarine and milk.
Add chopped vegetables, salt, and pepper.
Pour into baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 350°F (175°C ) for 45 minutes, or until set.
