Brunch Egg Casserole

Ingredients
  Plain croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 4 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Eggs 4
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bacon slices 4 , crisp-cooked and crumbled
Directions

1 In a greased 2-quart square baking dish combine croutons and cheese. Sec aside. In a medium mixing bowl combine eggs, milk, mustard, and pepper; beat until combined. Pour egg mixture over croutons. Sprinkle with the crumbled bacon.
2 Bake, uncovered, in a 325° oven about 45 minutes or until knife inserted off-center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving If desired, garnish with bacon curls.
