Sausage Brunch Casserole
|White bread slice||6|
|All natural roll sausage/1 1/2 pounds ham||24 Ounce, diced (Two 12 Ounce Packages)|
|Canned chopped mushrooms||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated (16 Ounce)|
|Light cream/Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Tear bread into bite-size pieces and place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
Crumble sausage; cook and drain.
Spread over bread.
Add mushrooms and top with Cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs; add light cream.
Mix well and pour over casserole.
Bake uncovered at 350°F 30 to 45 minutes.
