Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soft bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned flaked cooked crabmeat 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Hard cooked eggs whites 3 , diced
  Hard cooked eggs yolks 3 , mashed
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Wheaties/Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Heat oven to 450° (hot).
Mix milk and bread crumbs.
Gently stir in crabmeat and diced egg whites.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Place into buttered 9x5x3" loaf pan or 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle with Wheaties or buttered crumbs.
Bake 15 min.
