|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soft bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned flaked cooked crabmeat||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Hard cooked eggs whites||3 , diced|
|Hard cooked eggs yolks||3 , mashed|
|Dry mustard||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Wheaties/Bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat oven to 450° (hot).
Mix milk and bread crumbs.
Gently stir in crabmeat and diced egg whites.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Place into buttered 9x5x3" loaf pan or 1 1/2-qt. baking dish.
Sprinkle with Wheaties or buttered crumbs.
Bake 15 min.
