Cracker Crumbed Broccoli Cheese Casserole
|Broccoli||1 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bacon slices||4 , cooked crumbled divided|
|Saltine cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Put broccoli and water into a l 1/2-quart glass casserole. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 6 minutes
at High. Drain and set aside.
2. Combine Cheddar cheese soup, mayonnaise, milk, salt and half of bacon. Stir into broccoli.
3. Combine cracker crumbs and remaining bacon. Sprinkle on top of broccoli mixture. Set aside.
