  Cooked mashed beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Of Your Choice)
  Barley 240 Milliliter (Precooked Bits-O, 1 Cup)
  Soy milk 240 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Raw wheat germ 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Low fat soy flour 2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (Unrefined, 15 Milliliter)
  Onion 60 Milliliter, minced and sauteed (1/4 Cup)
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon (45 Milliliter)
  Honey 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Ketchup 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Chile powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)
  Sea salt To Taste

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix all ingredients together.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Turn into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
