|Soy milk||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Raw wheat germ||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Low fat soy flour||2 Tablespoon (30 Milliliter)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon (Unrefined, 15 Milliliter)|
|Onion||60 Milliliter, minced and sauteed (1/4 Cup)|
|Prepared mustard||3 Tablespoon (45 Milliliter)|
|Honey||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Ketchup||120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
|Chile powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 Milliliter)|
|Sea salt||To Taste|
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Mix all ingredients together.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Turn into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
