Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 30 Ounce (Three 10 Ounce Boxes)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 2 Ounce
Directions

Thaw spinach, press out water.
Mix with sour cream and dry onion soup mix.
Sprinkle with bread or cracker crumbs if desired.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
