Carrot Casserole is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. A delicious Carrot Casserole will surely tempt you to serve to your loved ones.
|Mini carrots||1 Pound, sliced (1 Package)|
|Low fat swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fat free chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook carrots in broth until tender.
Drain and retain broth.
Combine mashed carrots, cheese and nutmeg.
Add some of the broth (1/2 cup) to make carrots creamy.
Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
