Cheese Carrot Casserole

Carrot Casserole is an amazingly delicious side dish recipe. A delicious Carrot Casserole will surely tempt you to serve to your loved ones.
Ingredients
  Mini carrots 1 Pound, sliced (1 Package)
  Low fat swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), shredded
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fat free chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook carrots in broth until tender.
Drain and retain broth.
Mash carrots.
Combine mashed carrots, cheese and nutmeg.
Add some of the broth (1/2 cup) to make carrots creamy.
Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
