Quick, easy and delicious breakfast casserole made with eggs and sausage!

12 Ounce, shredded
1.Take bread pieces and cut off the crust and cut the bread into cubes.
2.In a skillet over medium heat brown the sausage and be sure to drain any excess grease.
3.In a mixing bowl blend eggs and milk.
4.Take a cooking dish and spray it with non stick cooking spray.
5.Place the bread cubes into the cooking dish.
6.Pour the sausage over the bread and on top of it pour the milk and egg mixture.
7.cover it with foil and place it in the refrigerator overnight
8.Next morning preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
9. Sprinkle the casserole with cheddar cheese and bake it in the oven for about an hour.
10.Take it out of the oven and the dish is ready to serve.
