Ingredients
  Roasted lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked and diced
  Basic gravy 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Roast Lamb Dressing)
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper.
2. Heat in microwave oven to serving temperature (5 to 10 minutes at High); stir.
